Intermediate to advanced injectors who wish to dissect the face and learn relevant injectable anatomy.
The perfect course for toxin and filler injectors who want to understand where the needle is going and how to avoid danger zones.
- 9 – 9.30am: Registration & Tea/Coffee & pre-course discussion
- 9.30- 10.00am: Lecture Mrs. Shah-Desai
- Overview of the Day with an introduction to facial structures & Osteology of the face.
- 10.00am – 11.00pm: Cadaver Wet Lab:
- Upper Face – Dissection to include forehead, glabellar area, upper eyelid and temple
- 11-15am- 11.30am – Tea/Coffee break
- 11.30am – 12.30 pm Cadaver Wet lab:
- Mid Face – Dissection to include identification of fat pads, nerves, facial artery,
- muscles of mid-face, nose anatomy and lower eyelid.
- 12.30 – 1.30pm: Lunch break – Trainers available for discussion
- 1.30pm – 3.30pm: Mrs. Shah-Desai
- Lower Face – Dissection to include identification of jowls to identify platysma,
- depressor anguli oris, depressor labii inferioris, mental nerve and lip anatomy.
- 3.30 pm to 4.30 pm: Mrs. Shah-Desai will demonstrate with injection of methylene
- dyed filler & dissection to discuss planes of injection
- 4.30- 5.00pm: Tea/Coffee Break Interactive Course Discussion & feedback
